Apple's ethics is to ensure all working areas within the organization's chain are safe and manufacturing processes are environmentally responsible. Apple ensures that all its activities are in full compliance of the laws, rules, and regulations of the country in which they are operating. Apple Inc. asserts  a list of detailed standards that clarifies the expectation of compliance for the organization. Suppliers have to uphold the rights of the workers and not discrimate against them based on color, race, age and ethnicity. Fair treatment is required by all suppliers and they should not harm their employees verbally or orally and workers are to be dealt with the utmost respect and dignity.
